Send me your date and venue. I'll reply quickly to let you know if I'm available, and we'll find a time to talk.
Get to know each other

A relaxed conversation about your plans, your priorities, and what matters most to you in your photographs.
Reserve your date

A signed agreement and a retainer make it official. From that moment, your date is held for you and no one else.
Plan the details

In the months ahead, we work through your timeline, locations, and family photo list, so nothing on the day is left to chance.

Payment: Ten percent holds your date as a retainer. Forty percent is due four months before the wedding, and the final fifty percent one month before the day.
Travel: There is no travel fee in Charlotte or the surrounding area. Beyond that, travel is fifty cents a mile with nothing added on top, anywhere in North Carolina and South Carolina.
One photographer: Loerop Photography is one photographer, by design, so the person you meet is the person who shows up. If your day genuinely calls for a second shooter, we work that out together.
One wedding a weekend: Only one wedding goes on my calendar each weekend, which makes the date the thing that matters most. Tell me yours and I will let you know if it is still open.
